Prior to the last maintenance Furvus DP skill Execution of Pain would 100% kill Apollo EVERY time. Execution + Removes all special enhance effcts should = a dead target no matter what. Since the last maintenance this is no longer the case and "IMMUNE" pops up when the skill is used. Now there is ZERO working counters to Apollo.
In my opinion I think the greatest improvement to Arena that would allow newer players to be more competitive with veterans is to stop being able to use two identical heroes in PVP. Challenging a team that has two water Candors is going to be almost impossible or at best extremely rare to beat. since the opportunity to get Water Candor is rare either increase the opportunities or introduce a new hero that can negate Candor like Furvus has done to Jorgen.
When is arena going to be fixed? This issue has been ongoing for god knows how long. Each week those who get into top 10 but remain below 1800 points are supposed to be part of master rank but are in reality Diamond rank. This is such an obvious oversight BY the developers, that I’m starting to think it’s intended, and it’s making me, as seasoned player, worried about the future of the game, not only PvP. There have also been been many cries about Water Candor being too powerful, top players using alts to bring other top players down in ranking and manipulating ranking, yet no word from the developers. Is this the message you are trying to send to new players when the game is released globally? Things need to change now while you still have a chance to interact with your playerbase and change things that might potentially affect the outlook of the game and its reviews.
Arena rewards need fixing. Players with 1700 points at the end of the season get 300 gems and 210 honor coins, players with 1700 points and placing between rank 100 and 11 get more (320 gems and 220 honor, up to 500 gems and 310 honor), but then if your have 1700 points in top rank 10 you only get the 300 and 210 because for top 10 rewards you need 1800 points. So if players with 1700 points finished in top 10 and 100, the player that ranked 100 would get more points than 10. I think the top 10 rewards should be reduced to 1700 points to match the lower rank rewards.
I personally find it annoying that even for little rewards, we have to wait for a pop up to say "CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR 20 SOCIAL CONFINITE SHARDS". There are many places where this screen doesn't have to appear; daily quest rewards, roulette, daily login rewards, attendance reward. Getting rid of this unnecessary pop up would save time and let us get back to the game! On a similar note, the pop up after the arena battle is annoying to watch every single time. Could the information (change in rank and win streak) just be added to the first rewards screen rather than popping up on top?
