I think many of us were looking forward to the First Time User Experience (FTUE) update as we were expecting optimizations that would benefit new and existing players alike. I am thankful my mobile device is still compatible with the update to appreciate the faster load times and smoother gameplay. Although some of us (including myself) lament the game can no longer be enjoyed on emulators and we may lose significant amount of players, it is still somewhat understandable why the Dev Team would make this decision. However, the number of our fellow players who suddenly can’t log on because their devices are now deemed incompatible overnight sadly is incomprehensible . No prior notice. Nothing. They found out when they tried to update their game. I find this mostly disappointing and apprehensive as it’s hard to justify why there wasn’t sufficient warning and communication informing players about the compatibility issues with the update, and therefore allowing players to take necessary measures to ensure they would still be able to play (should they wish to). As a result of the lack of communication, we now have the following: Players who are enjoying the faster load times if they have compatible devices Players with older devices that cannot login at all and may be scrabbling to get another device Players with older devices and unlinked accounts who are panicking as they would have to start all over on another compatible device. (These players may have spent money on the game too right before the update!) Had this information been conveyed to us in advance, players, at the very least, would have had the option to either acquire new devices earlier and/or securing/linking their accounts knowing they’d not be able to update the game on their existing mobile devices. Is this really too much to ask for?
Dear Dev Team , *Weekly player report.* I hope this letter finds you well rested and in good spirits from your well deserved holiday weekend. As you know there was a recent mini exodus from the community server. These have been trying times and it has been difficult to obtain player feedback in some cases. Those of us remaining have identified some key issues that we would like to bring to your attention. 1. We understand that the new and "improved" heroic enchantment system was put in place to make enchanting heroics easier and to give us something to do with our overflow of lower tier heroics. However as we have previously noted this new system has had the extreme opposite effect. The success rates of +1-+5 seem to have been inexplicably reduced to insignificant levels. This has led to a massive loss of resources and player frustration throughout the community. In fact the majority of us feel that the old system of "pay gems and you 100% get your enchantment" was far superior. This is an issue that needs to be revisited and addressed. 2. Keeping in line with heroic drop rates, many players are reporting significantly decreased drop rates in both Adventure and Expeditions. This combined with the persistent auto intrusion bug that we have previously discussed has caused a significant decrease of these character specific heroics. 3. The new rift event is actually great. It made many guilds attempt rift stages they may not have previously considered. (congrats to us for passing stage four). The biggest issue here is that there was not enough character revives available at reasonable prices to enable players to continue pushing. We understand that this is completely new event and should be open to tuning in the future. 4. The current res and revive interactions and lack of counters have made the arena and dull and dismal place. The planned changes to Lemay and Asylla are a great start to brining in more diversity to the arena, however overall the lack of working counters (Codelia, Adriel) to resurrections and revives have made a certain extremely small percentage of characters and necessity to compete. Thank you for your kind attention. We look forward to the next dev report.

YamiKokennin#7781 posted a topic in General DiscussionI am very disappointed at the current patch, especially how Dev has changed the EXP and Avarus dungeon. I don't understand why you have to cut up the dungeon into multiple different type of discoveries. Each discovery RNG the star of the fairy/avarus, then base on the star, it determines how much you are getting for the run. Granted, it's only 1 boss to fight; however, the amount of energy one has to spend vs the amount of EXP and Gold one earns from it is absolutely horrendous to the point it makes no sense to run them. For example: this is for a team of 2 max level and 3 level up Before the change: users spend 8 energies for a 1min fight for 2k+ exp. If the user is not able to get to the last Fairy, which is 6 star rating, he/she will get around 1.7k to 1.8k exp (per hero) Current: users spend 4 energies for a 20 second fight for 510exp (this is based on 3 * fairy dungeon) So with the current set up, it's about 12 energies for 1530 exp for 1 minutes? 6 star fairy dungeon is rare to find + if a player already unable to obtain exp from 6 star before the patch, they won't be bothered by this. In the end, we are still being screwed over by this nerfed maxed level or not. As for Avarus, he is also nerfed so hard that he is considering not worth running anymore. The only one that worth running is the 6 star Avarus; however, it's not that easy to find him since the RNG to get 1 to 3 star Avarus is very high. 2 star Avarus gives 2k golds for 4 energies. That's 6000 energies for 3 million golds which come out as 2812.5 gems (going by the non discount rate of 30 gems for 64 energies). We may as well just save up gems and do the gem to gold conversion because it's 1000 gems for 3 million golds. If this was an effort to fix inflation, it's a bad design and execution. .You should have just lowered the discovery rate for Avarus and Fairy, so that, in the end, they both are still worthy and bring enough excitement to us, the players, when we discover them. Now, no one even care around for them.
